Model V100

V100 meters can also be ordered with pulse output. The V100 is a compact, lightweight positive displacement meter of a piston design in sizes 1/2" in polymer and 1/2", 5/8"x3/4". Model H4400

Model H4400 can be installed in services where water temperature can reach 350°F and pressures up to 195 psi (250°F at 230 psi). This meter offers improved low flow performance (±2%). Two externally powered pulser models are available for the H4400 (reed switch for low speed pulse and inductive for high resolution pulse)

R420 Flow Indicator

Designed to operate with any Elster meter with pulse. The R420 provides rate indications, totalization and 4-20mA DC analog output signal proportional to the flow rate.

Electronic Batch Controller

The EBC2C is an AC powered totalizer, rate indicator and batch congtroller. It has both single relay output to a standard solenoid and dual relayoutput for use with dual valve batch control systems, dual stage solenoids, or bi-directional solenoids with auxilliary limit switchers.

R10 Rate Indicator / Totalizer

Model R10 is an economical up-counting totalizer and a 1/Tau ratemeter. Industrial flow meters are available with either mechanical or electronic registers, and can be assembled to suit the most demanding operational requirments. Electronic assemblies are gland-less, and can have the display either mounted or remote.

Electronic Large Numerical Counter (ELNC)

Featuring 6 digits of reset total and 8 digits of non-reset total, the ELNC is a battery powered indicator capable of accepting DC pulse and switch closure inputs. It is also field programmable and can be used with all FPP meters. Programmable in gallons, liters, barrelad and most other engineering units.

Batching Systems

Batching function is available both in mechanical and electronic flow meter assemblies. the mechanical version is available in TS series only. The electronic version can be combined with the TM, TS or TN series meters.

TM & TS series meters are available with a choice of 3 different pulsers.

  • Hall Effect (single channel) is standard, and requires external DC power
  • Reed Switch (single channel) is optional, used only when battery powered registers
  • Hall Effect (dual channel = Quadrature) is optional for use with higher level electronics

  • Control Valves

    For use with mechanical preset counters, we offer mechanical piston valves with a linkage to attach to the preset.

    For use with electronic registers & batch controllers we offer several different types of solenoid valves.

    Air Elimination

    FPP Air Eliminators function on a gravity principle, and are normally installed on top of the FPP Strainer. In systems with little or no back pressure, either a back pressure valve or an air check valve may be required to enhance the efficiency of the air eliminator.

    On higher viscosity liquids such as diesel fuel, the air may not have enough time to rise during passage of a standard strainer. For use on higher viscosity liquids, a high capacity strainer with greater holding capacity is available. Please consult with your distributor to determine whether a high capacity strainer is required.

    For LPG service, a vapor eliminator with pressure relief valve is used, in conjunction with a differential pressure check valve on flow meter outlet.


    To ensure error and damage free operation of your flow meter, it is recommended that a strainer be installed "upstream" to avoid ingestion of particulates.
