Dear Valued Customers,
Tri-State Meter and Regulator Service is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our customers do the same. As such, we are closely monitoring the latest reports on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and taking precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees and customers.
We have advised our employees to follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we've reinforced existing Tri-State Meter policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional.
To reduce the potential impact of COVID-19, we are temporarily making changes to our day-to-day operations to limit the physical interaction between our employees and with our customers.
- Sales, shipping receiving, and business operations will be modestly manned and maintain regular workday hours (M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at our Tri-State Meter facilities.
- The majority of our employees will however support our customers from home or at the customer's location (whichever is appropriate). We are attempting to limit travel and encouraging employees to leverage technology to resolve customer needs whenever possible. However, when technicians are required to be on site, they will minimize exposure to your personnel and will adhere to the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene.
We appreciate the trust you place in Tri-State Meter. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and take actions necessary to help keep our employees and customers safe while providing the products and services you need.
On behalf of all of us at Tri-State Meter, thank you for your continued business.
